We are looking for a creative, fashion-forward individual to become part of the Hills Dress Hire brand on an ongoing casual basis, with an immediate start available.

This is a heavily front-facing role suited to someone who loves social media, understands trends, and is confident both behind and in front of the camera.

You will be involved in:
• TikTok & Instagram content
• Photoshoots & campaigns
• Content trips & events
• Filming, editing & posting content
• Appearing/modeling in content

Location: Primarily based at our Norwest showroom in Sydney, with occasional shoots, events and content trips at other locations. We are also open to some flexibility for the right fit 🤍

• Regularly appear in TikTok, Instagram & campaign content

• Model for social media content, photoshoots & campaigns

• Film, edit & post short-form content

• Create trend-based, brand-aligned content ideas

• Assist on shoots, campaigns & interstate content trips

• Strong understanding of TikTok & Instagram trends

• Confident both behind and in front of the camera

• Strong personal style and polished presentation

• Confident filming and editing content

• Creative mindset with a strong eye for fashion, branding & aesthetics

• Reliable, motivated and eager to grow with the business

Bonus Points

• Previous content creation or modelling experience

• Experience creating content for fashion or lifestyle brands

• Experience with viral or high-performing social media content
