Postal Try On

To request a postal try-on, please complete our Postal Try-On Request Form. A valid government-issued photo ID will be required and will be collected during the email confirmation process.

 

How it works:

• Fee: $50 per dress, plus return postage. This fee is non-refundable and not deducted from any future hire.

• Delivery & Return: Dresses are express posted to you as soon as possible. You must return the item via express post within 24 hours of receiving it.

• Condition of Garments: All postal try-on items are clean, but may not be freshly dry-cleaned. Dresses must be returned in the same condition and must not be worn outside of the try-on.

• Availability: Try-on dates are subject to availability and may vary based on demand, prior bookings, or cleaning schedules. We will confirm your allocated date during email follow-up.

 

Notes:

• Postal try-ons are not available for events within the next 5 days.

• The $50 fee covers a one-day try-on only and is not redeemable toward a hire.

• Customers are responsible for the dress during the try-on period. Late returns or any damage may incur additional charges.
