•On site parking is available. Please allow time to find parking and arrive promptly to your appointment.
Booking Policy:
•Appointments are non-refundable and non-redeemable.
•Rescheduling is permitted once with a minimum of 48 hours' notice.
•Each appointment is strictly limited to the allocated time and for one client only.
Appointment Guidelines:
•If you would like more than 30 minutes, please book back to back appointments.
•Clients may bring one guest for viewing only.
•All garments must be handled with care - avoid fake tan, makeup, body oils, abrasive jewellery, etc.
•No shoes, food or drink are permitted in the space.
Dress Availability:
•Expressing interest in a dress does not guarantee it will be available for your appointment.
•We will confirm dress availability with you wherever possible in advance.
