Client will pick up the hire garment from Suite 3.14, 7 Maitland Place, Norwest, 2153.
Client will select a collection window: 10 AM - 12 PM, 12 PM - 2 PM, 2 PM - 4 PM, or email info@hillsdresshire.com to arrange an after-hours collection.
To return a pickup hire, the client must drop off the hire garment to Suite 3.14, 7 Maitland Place, Norwest, 2153, by 2 PM on the return date.
If the client lives in a RURAL area, Hills Dress Hire must be notified at time of booking. Additional postage time is required.
Postage hires will be express posted via Australia Post delivery service. Posties usually deliver between 7am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Hills Dress Hire will express post in advance to ensure timely delivery. Whenever possible, the client may receive the dress up to a week before your selected hire dates.
With the delivery of the hire garment, a pre-paid return label and instructions will be provided.
The client must attach the pre-paid return label onto the reusable packaging, and express post at an Australia Post office (not a street box) by 3pm. If the return date falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the client may return on Monday morning. If client loses the pre-paid return label, the client is responsible to express post the garment back to Hills Dress Hire.
If a size guide is available, it will be the last image shown.
