While we are accepting try-on bookings, please note that the new space is still being set up and is expected to be fully completed by March.
If you'd like to park undercover, enter the car park and buzz Suite 314. Visitor parking is on B3 (3rd level down). Otherwise, please enter via the side door on the left side of the building.
- Bookings are non-refundable and non-redeemable.
- Each booking is strictly for the allocated time and limited to one person.
- Client may bring one additional guest for viewing only.
- Client must handle garments with care - avoid fake tan, makeup, oils, and abrasive jewellery to prevent damage.
- Expressing interest in a dress does not guarantee its availability for your try-on session. Dresses may be out for hire, undergoing cleaning, or alterations. We will confirm availability with you as soon as possible.
- We highly recommend checking in advance if the dress you’re interested in is available for your event date.
Client will pick up the hire garment from Suite 3.14, 7 Maitland Place, Norwest, 2153.
Client will select a collection window: 10 AM - 12 PM, 12 PM - 2 PM, 2 PM - 4 PM, or email info@hillsdresshire.com to arrange an after-hours collection, which may affect the pick up location.
To return a pickup hire, the client must drop off the hire garment to Suite 3.14, 7 Maitland Place, Norwest, 2153, by 2 PM on the return date.
If the client lives in a RURAL area, Hills Dress Hire must be notified at time of booking. Additional postage time is required.
Postage hires will be express posted via Australia Post delivery service. Posties usually deliver between 7am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Hills Dress Hire will express post in advance to ensure timely delivery. Whenever possible, the client may receive the dress up to a week before your selected hire dates.
With the delivery of the hire garment, a pre-paid return label and instructions will be provided.
The client must attach the pre-paid return label onto the reusable packaging, and express post at an Australia Post office (not a street box) by 3pm. If the return date falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the client may return on Monday morning. If client loses the pre-paid return label, the client is responsible to express post the garment back to Hills Dress Hire.
If a size guide is available, it will be the last image shown.
