We are currently accepting try-on bookings at our new space. Please note that the space is still being set up, and the ground level of the building remains under construction.
Parking & Access:
If you’d like to park undercover, enter the car park and buzz Suite 314. Visitor parking is available on B3 (the third level down).
Alternatively, street parking is often available nearby. You can enter the building through the side sliding door on the left side - this may also require you to buzz Suite 314.

Each booking is strictly for the allocated time and limited to one person.

We offer one-on-one appointments only. If you'd like to try on with friends, we recommend booking back-to-back time slots, so each person has their own dedicated session.

Clients may bring one guest for viewing only.

Please handle all garments with care. Avoid fake tan, makeup, oils, and abrasive jewellery to prevent damage.

Expressing interest in a dress does not guarantee its availability for your try-on session. Dresses are regularly be out for hire, in cleaning, or undergoing alterations.
We highly recommend checking availability in advance if you’re interested in a particular style for your event date.
Client will pick up the hire garment from Suite 3.14, 7 Maitland Place, Norwest, 2153.
Client will select a 30 minute collection window between 10am and 4pm, or email info@hillsdresshire.com to arrange an after-hours collection, which may affect the pick up location.
To return a pickup hire, the client must drop off the hire garment to Suite 3.14, 7 Maitland Place, Norwest, 2153, by 2 PM on the return date.
Clients residing in rural or remote areas must notify Hills Dress Hire at the time of booking, as additional postage time may be required.
All postal hires are express posted via Australia Post. Deliveries are typically made between 7:00am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Hills Dress Hire will express post items in advance to allow for timely delivery. When possible, the client may receive their garment and/or bag up to two weeks prior to the selected hire dates.
With the delivery of the hire garment, a pre-paid return label and instructions will be provided.
The client must affix the return label to the reusable packaging and return the item over the counter at an Australia Post office (not via a street post box) by 3:00pm.
If the return date falls on a weekend, the return may be made the following Monday morning.
If a size guide is available, it will be the last image shown.
